Freedah Exavier brings a kind, problem-solving approach to mental health care, treating each person with respect and an emphasis on their unique strengths. As a licensed mental health counselor, Freedah draws on a combination of compassion and practical strategies to help clients move toward their goals.

With 8 years of clinical experience, she has worked with adults, adolescents, and children across a variety of settings, addressing concerns such as stress, anxiety, minor depression, self-esteem, anger, parenting challenges, social and communication difficulties, and ADHD. Her training includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida with a minor in education and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology - Clinical Mental Health track from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she also completed coursework in addiction and marriage and family therapy. She holds the credential LMHC - Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Freedah's therapeutic style is warm, encouraging, validating, and interactive, with a clear focus on clients' goals. She integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, anger management, social skills training, and other evidence-based methods to tailor treatment to each person's needs.
