Christian Specks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who brings a broad mix of academic, clinical, and personal experience to work with individuals and families. Christian is also a Board-Approved Clinical Social Work Supervisor (BACS) - authorized to supervise clinicians in practice - a Qualified School Social Work Specialist (QSSWS) - credentialed to support students and school systems - and serves as Licensed Clergy and an Assistant Professor of Social Work. Christian is pursuing a doctorate in education with a focus on P-20 special education, deepening expertise in education systems from early childhood through higher education.

For more than 17 years Christian has worked in social work with a focus on marginalized populations and on the unique needs of people and families navigating special education and disability-related challenges. That background supports work across school-based and faith-based settings, where Christian helps families understand evaluation processes, access services, and implement interventions that promote inclusion and equity.

Christian integrates personal, academic, and clinical perspectives to offer practical guidance and advocacy. The combination of classroom teaching, supervisory roles, faith-based practice, and direct clinical work informs a collaborative approach that centers the priorities of each person and family served.
